The R3-100TM anemometer is Gill’s class-leading 3-axis anemometer ideal for scientific research applications, with a fast sampling rate of 100Hz.

This 3-axis ultrasonic anemometer is used extensively for the determination of fluxes using the Eddy Covariance method.

R3-100 Research range 3-axis ultrasonic anemometer

R3-100 will monitor wind speeds of 0-45m/s, with analogue, sonic temperature, the speed of sound and U, V, W vector outputs provided as standard and optional analogue and PRT inputs available.

The R3-100 is of aluminium/carbon fibre construction and will operate effectively in environmental temperatures from -40°C to +60°C. Optional accessories are available such as cables, sensor input units (analogue inputs) and power supplies.
