Observator Instruments is a division of the Observator Group which specialises in the development and manufacturing of Wind-Alarm high accuracy field use Wind Sensors. Observator Instruments sells it’s WIND ALARM products directly to many tier one scientific manufacturers or its own line of Wind-Alarm sensors directly or through its Observator Distributor Network.

Observator’s R&D department develops and maintains the majority of the products and systems we supply. For specific instrumentation we rely on our partners, located all around the world. Observator is a distributor and agent in the Netherlands, the Benelux and Europe for many well known, high quality brands.
First line after sales and service is available through the distributors. Observator has a well trained and equipped after sales and service staff.
Observator produces the key components of her products in house or in close cooperation with her preferred partners.

The Wind Alarm Brand is an extension of the R&D and engineering functions at Observator Instruments. We design manufacturability and quality into our products. Observator’s manufacturing is all done “in-house” under our internal “controls”. Electronics, machining, assembly, test, and calibration is all done under our roof. We do not outsource critical manufacturing steps. Quality is our job, every step of the way.
Support is always there when you need it. Our products are very technical in nature and in application, so we understand that we have to be available to help. Observator has maintenance, calibration and support in Australia and the Netherlands. Give us call.
Observator stands behind our products and we make it easy if something goes wrong. There is an RMA (returned material authorisation) process through the Observator website. We will be notified and will act right away. If we can not solve the problem by phone or “teamviewer” on-line, we have stock on hand for quick replacement. We also keep demo or quick replacement stock with all our major distributors.
